Meet BAM

If eating chicken wings is wrong, I don't wanna be right!  That was my mantra for most of my adult life.  I was fat and had almost always been fat - since I was a kid.  I was(reasonably) happy, but resigned to living a life with an extra degree of difficulty.  I believed it was my destiny to battle constantly aching feet, sore back and sweat stains.  I was destined to be uncomfortable in a clothing store and an airplane.  I was just born with a greater burden to bear. 

Then I realized that my life did not have to be that way.  I did not have to accept being overweight.  I could be fit and stay that way.  I could find my fitness "happy place" and live there forever.  I had the power to change my life! 

My mission is to help you find that "happy place" for yourself - that level of fitness at which you can life the life you want...the life you deserve!  You may be amazed how much emotional weight you have been carrying when the physical weight disappears...
